  Absolutely terrible experience - it should have zero stars. I can only comment on one particular dentist at the practice - SIMON WARBURTON. I had a regular filling done by one of his colleagues (who was very good by the way) but there was a sharp edge remaining so I booked an appointment to have it smoothed. A five minute procedure at most. This is when my nightmare started - SIMON WARBURTON saw me on my return visit and claimed that his colleague had done a bad job and I actually needed a root canal. I trusted his professional opinion and went ahead. Root canal done, I made my way to work. Before I even arrived at work half of my tooth fell out! I booked another appointment and SIMON WARBURTON then told me I would actually need my tooth rebuilding at considerable expense or would need it removing entirely. I chose the latter as I just wanted the whole nightmare to end but it was far from over - whilst removing my tooth he twisted and pulled in such a calculated way as to ensure a large section of my jaw bone was still attached to the tooth when extracted! This caused considerable pain. He then tried to charge me for the original filling, the root canal and the tooth extraction! Why did he do this? Because he is not professional. He is a vindictive character who wanted revenge. My crime? I lived just around the corner and when I moved into the property the removal company I used parked their van near the dental practice - he came out shouting and screaming about his business being ruined and started taking photos of the removal guys and myself. I apologised on their behalf and promised they would move the van, which they duly did. End of issue I naively thought - until 8 months later when I needed dental treatment! DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL PRACTICE, IN PARTICULAR SIMON WARBURTON!! He is not fit to practice and I will ensure the General Dental Council takes action.
